We're almost there!

Hard to believe how different the place looks. One picture I didn't take though was of the floors before the painting got started. There was a layer of dust so thick under the carpet pad that you couldn't see the floor in a lot of places. Add to that the ceiling texture that didn't get trashed with the carpet, the new texture surface that somehow "missed" the ceiling, and the sawdust from cutting the doors inside. The floor looked like a street after very bland ticker-tape parade, and walking through the place required a gas mask to protect yourself from all the stuff thrown up in the air. At least you couldn't smell the dogs anymore...
