Here's the kitchen. It doesn't look so bad here. But it's a bit dated and the laminate finish on both the counters and the cabinets present a problem; I couldn't really replace the counters without doing the cabs too. Time will tell, but at this point in time I don't think I'll be able to put out the coin to do both. The valances are definately going though, and that badly yellowed range hood will be departing shortly.
