So here we are! A nice little East Long Beach Rancho. Not too bad from this angle, and indeed it has a lot going for it. No garage but effectively five bedrooms and a large island kitchen. (Note: Someone took that nice mail box! It was set down on the driveway on the same day I left a bunch of old parts by the curb. I want it back!)
